PAYMENT
Cheques should be made payable to 'Claire Royle' and posted to the address above. Orders will be despatched once the cheque has cleared.
DELIVERY SERVICE
All garments will be delivered by Royal Mail. Normal delivery is charged at £3.95 per order.
Special delivery is charged at £8.00. This guarantees your order next day to a UK address (providing your order is placed before 11.00am)
We aim to despatch all items within 14 - 21 working days, stock permitting. When this is not possible during exceptionally busy times, we will tell you when you place your order.
RETURNS & GENERAL NOTES
Please telephone me to discuss any queries.
Goods are returned at your own expense.
Please ensure you choose the correct size when placing an order as items cannot be returned if the sizing is incorrect.
Please ensure all the information given by you on the order form is correct including spellings, fabric choices and garment sizes. Any discrepancies cannot be altered once the item has been made up.
All items are individually produced to order; therefore no one item is the same and minor colour variations may occur.
